While the club is closed you are welcome to play outdoor tennis, weather permitting,
knowing that the club is closed and we will not maintain the courts.
If you have an emergency during this time, there is an emergency phone located on the
front of the maintenance garage located directly behind court #19.

During this time you may book Indoor Courts on a pay-as-you-go-basis by calling the pro shop or on-line.

The indoor tennis season began September 28, and we are still accepting contract sales for this season.

The following time slots are still available for purchase or for Pay-as-you-Go play.  Wednesday – 8:30pm, Thursday – 8:30am,
Friday – 8:30pm, Saturday – 2:30pm, 4pm, 5:30pm, 7pm, 8:30pm, Sunday – 8:30am,10am, 2:30pm, 4pm, 7pm, 8:30pm

If you are interested in contracting these slots, email Z (mzaluski-chtc@nc.rr.com).
If you want to rent one on a Pay-as-you-Go Basis, reserve online or call the pro shop.

~Last call for email invoicing.  Please let us know before Jan. 1 if you would like to receive statements via email.
Starting with the January 2013 quarterly billing, we are going to offer the service of emailing your club statement.  It is completely your choice as to which method suits your needs.  On the day that we normally would put your statement in the mail, we will send a batch by email.

Please consider which method you would like.  If we do not hear from you, you will remain in the group who receives it by mail.  If you do reply, please give us the email address for the accounting program to use to send your statement.  If we hear from enough members prior to December 1, we may try a test batch email for the December 1 statement.
